About the Role

We are currently hiring for an experienced Global Senior Website Manager responsible for developing and governing the digital user experience on Barry Callebaut’s global website(s) in order to drive brand awareness, customer engagement & conversion. You will design and execute key customer journeys, ensuring a state of the art & seamless user experience and a cohesive content & SEO strategy that supports the overarching marketing and business objectives. Furthermore, the Global Senior Website Manager will establish a uniform content localization process to assist various markets in effectively executing website strategies.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • User Experience Management:Enhancing the website’s user experience and customer journeys, based on insights & website analysis in alignment with brand and conversion goals. Implementing & applying state of the art methodologies to capture user behavior and providing a personalized and highly engaging experience. Driving multivariate testing on a regular basis to implement immediate solutions and structural improvements

  • Maintenance Standardization:Developing and testing effective standards for common website types. Making sure, templates are leveraged throughout the global digital marketing community and the aligned ways of working are followed. Provide easy to use maintenance guidelines and training. Establish a uniform content localization process to assist various markets in effectively executing website strategies

  • Website Content:Crafting and executing a website content strategy in coordination with global & regional marketing communications, brand teams & corporate communications and ensuring alignment with social & digital media strategies. Supporting the management of content in the CMS, including troubleshooting and creation of new landing pages

  • SEO Strategy:Developing & implementing SEO strategy, ensuring it complements the broader corporate and brand strategies. Supporting markets regarding localization and follow up on SEO performance

  • Performance Management:Establishing a data framework to measure and enhance the user journey and conversion rates and implement optimizations accordingly

  • Innovation Management:Be on top of latest technology developments, driving initiatives and streamlining the execution of new ideas that unlock value for the organization and our customers

    About You

  • Bachelors in (digital) Marketing/Communications/Economics

  • 6y+ of experience in Digital Marketing with a focus on website & app management

  • Expert knowledge of Content Management Systems and web standards

  • Highly proficient in SEO from a technical, structural and content side

  • Strong expertise in UX/UI design, conversion optimization and storytelling

  • Outstanding editorial skills with a focus on online channels

  • Excellent analytical skills, Google Analytics 4 knowledge is a plus

  • Proven experience in managing complex projects in a global matrix organization

  • English (full proficiency). Any other language is a plus
