TÄtigkeitsbeschreibung

Als Praktikant/in im Bereich Human Resources erwarten dich in den folgenden drei Bereichen spannende Herausforderungen und Aufgaben:

Berufsbildung

• (Mit-) Organisation diverser Events, wie z.B. Informationstage fr die Berufslehre, Lagerwoche der Lernenden, Informatiktage, Nationaler Zukunftstag, etc.

• Mit-Selektion der neuen Lernenden

• Generelle administrative Untersttzung der Berufsbildung

Personaladministration

• Diverse administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben

Corporate Health - GesundheitsfÖrderung

• Untersttzung bei der Organisation und Durchfhrung von Events

• Untersttzung in der Mitarbeiterkommunikation (Newsletters, Intranet)

Was du mitbringst:

Du zeichnest dich durch zuverlÄssiges, selbststÄndiges und zielorientiertes Arbeiten aus und bist eine sehr einsatzfreudige Person. Weiter bringst du Folgendes mit:

• Abschluss des schulischen Teils (drei Jahre) der Handelsmittelschule HMS

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Organisationstalent

• Offenheit & Interesse, Neues kennenzulernen

• Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein & Disziplin

• Kommunikations- und TeamfÄhigkeit

• Spass am Umgang mit Menschen
