The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

JOB SUMMARY

– Management of the entire front office and housekeeping team, 23 employees in total, as well as further development of operational processes in this area

– You are the operational deputy of the hotel manager and work operationally

– Implementing KPIs within the team and monitoring financial targets

– Preparing the annual budget and ensuring that targets are met

– Quality control in cooperation with all operational departments

– Consistent implementation of Marriott and SV standards

JOB REQUIREMENTS

– Completed apprenticeship or comparable training in the hotel / catering industry

– At least three years' experience as Director of Rooms in the international chain hotel industry

– Sound experience in common IT systems (Opera, PMS, cash register, MS Office)

– Management experience, as well as a strong sales talent

– Very good language skills in German and English

– Understanding of budgets and figures
