Working hand in hand with our Kyndryl Consult Partners and customer partners, you will leverage your technical and solution expertise to drive targeted opportunities and exceed customer expectations.

In this role, you won't just be another advisor; you will be a trusted ally and visionary, delivering unique and differentiated value to our customers. Through captivating show-and-tell methods such as engaging demos and compelling presentations, you will showcase our credibility and eminence in the industry, leaving a lasting impression on potential customers.

As a vital member of our team, you will support Consulting, Advisory, and Architecture activities across Sales, Pre-Sales & Delivery, collaborating closely with Customer Partners and Kyndryl Consult Partners. With your extensive technical knowledge and mastery of the practice-specific domain, you will bring together the breadth of Kyndryl's expertise to develop profitable deals that drive our success.

Do you enjoy consulting and applying your skills in how to Modernize Workplaces and enable New Ways of Working for Enterprises?

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • You will lead client meetings and pitches, create win themes and work with Solution Architects to help shape solutions and proposals to drive the secure modernization of collaboration and messaging services.

  • Deeply understand technologies and solutions from Microsoft and relevant partners that can be used to deliver client solutions: Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Collaboration Hubs, Teams, Telephony, Power Apps, Power BI, Viva workplace analytics, security.

  • You will deliver consulting engagements to modernize collaboration, doing deep dives for one or several of our Digital Workplace technologies and platforms across Collaboration and Messaging Services and Active Directory and creating roadmaps and implementing solutions.

  • You will be part of a diverse, inclusive, exceptional delivery team focusing on modernizing the workplace experience. You will work closely with account teams, client teams, and specialist sellers, as well as with strategic partners like Amazon Connect, Microsoft, Service Now, and Nexthink to name a few.

As a Customer Technology Advisor, you will possess strong technical and business acumen, allowing you to provide value driven solutions within the practice services domain(s). Your exceptional customer facing skills, combined with your articulate communication style and interpersonal finesse, will enable you to effortlessly convey the technical benefits of Kyndryl's capabilities, perfectly matching the unique needs of each customer.

As a strategic thinker, you will identify the intricate business and technical requirements of our customers, leveraging the vast capabilities of Kyndryl to generate winning cross-practice solutions. Your ability to develop and deliver compelling demonstrations, proof of concepts, and prototypes will clearly demonstrate the tangible value our offerings bring to our customers, leaving them eager to partner with us.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also take the lead in coordinating the entire pre-sales process, ensuring quality and compliance verification while adhering to Kyndryl best practices. Your collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will generate winning responses and create optimal technical solutions. Moreover, you will actively build and nurture relationships with our external alliance partners, fostering a collaborative environment where joint solutions are co-created.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience working as a lead or senior consultant focusing on Digital Workplace technologies at an IT professional services firm or similar background in an IT role in a large enterprise

  • Demonstrated experience translating distinctive technical knowledge into actionable customer insights and solutions

  • 5+ years’ experience delivering consulting engagements for one or several of our Digital Workplace technologies with deep expertise implementing and designing M365 solutions: Experience with Microsoft Teams inclusive of Enterprise Voice – advise, design, implement and migrate

  • Experience with both On-Prem and Cloud-based implementation of one or more major vendor offerings around Voice and Unified Communications

  • Microsoft Modern Workplace portfolio: Office 365, Teams, Intune, Power Platform, Viva, OneDrive, and SharePoint.

  • Experienced skill level with contemporary engagement methods such as whiteboard, workshops, hands-on demo's, prototyping and Proof of Concepts.

  • Experienced level skills with Design Thinking, Agile and DevOps methods.

  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.

  • Self-driven, detail-orientated

  • Ability to work collaboratively and productively with globally dispersed teams

  • Ability to manage ambiguity, yet producing tangible results

  • Ability to effectively manage challenging situations without loss of focus when under pressure

  • Fluent in English and German, strong knowledge in French preferred

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree

  • 5 years of experience (minimum) selling technical services for multi-industry customers

  • Understanding how collaboration and unified communications fits into overall employee and customer experience.
