This position reports to the Global PLAN Senior Director Planning Capabilities.

Location: Kenvue locations around the Globe

What you will do
The Manager Global Planning Capabilities and Training is responsible for shaping the Global Plan Transformation Strategy for the Planning community regarding continuous learning, training and engagement. This role focusses on attracting, building and attaining strong talent. Aligning to the Kenvue Supply Chain strategic objectives for the PLAN function Globally and the Regional Planning teams this includes the development, deployment and maintenance of training strategies, platforms, technologies and material.
Key Responsibilities
Definition and deployment of the Global PLAN talent strategy.
Ownership of the New training platform deployed by Kenvue and the governance process to ensure content is up to date and relevant. This includes Training & Process Adherence Reporting.
Responsible for Onboarding and No Training No Access Process programs.
Closely collaborate with Global Process Owners & Regional Business Process Owners (BPO) to define and deploy training needs.
Define and drive programs on future skill transformation (Digitization/Data Science, Autonomous Planning, etc.).
Responsible for Global Plan communications.
Lead and support Organizational Change efforts in major initiatives.
Partners systematically with various customers to ensure current processes and technologies are fit for purpose, supported and deployed within the business.
Assesses maturity, capabilities and skills of the planning communities and develops programs to excel in collaboration with Global and regional teams.
Qualifications
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
University Bachelor’s degree or equivalent / MBA preferred.
Generally 7 years of experience with consistent track record in Training, Supply Chain Planning functions , learning and engagement functions.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of E2E SC planning.
Previous experience in demand or supply Planning functions.
Self-starter with ability to work independently with minimal direction.
Drives innovation & continuously challenges the status quo.
The ability to lead projects, deliver on timelines and budgets and drive learning & engagement strategies is required.
Strong coaching and mentoring skills required.
Results-orientated, practical, analytical, attention to detail, self-motivated, and a team-player.
Excellent written and oral, communication, presentation & facilitation skills. Able to drive alignment or consensus though influencing.
Good problem-solving skills, establishes positive change.
Desired Qualifications
Change Management training, certification and experience.
Project Management Training and Experience.
Experience with eLearning tools/ platforms.
Experience in process design/process re-engineering and systems implementations desired.
