Senior Project manager

Location: Zug, CH

This position supports driving value and accountabilities within the future state of Supply Chain operating model. This includes shaping of the design, shaping of processes, aligning effort with multiple functions and workstreams. This role provides a key interface and leadership for the partnership with Finance, Tax, IT Systems, Planning, Trade Compliance, Regulatory, Quality, Source, and other cross-functional partners.

Your Responsibilities & Impact: (Key Responsibilities)

• The Project Manager will be required to gain stakeholder alignment and support.

• The Project Manager will be required to effectively interact, communicate & influence with all levels within & outside the multiple Supply Chain functions.

• The Project Manager will initiate & develop core processes to create sustainable capabilities to continue to drive results.

• The Project Manager will drive the execution of implementation of Supply Chain operating model and handle interdependencies with other key strategic projects

• The Project Manager will serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy

• The Project Manager will create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to broader program deadlines

• The Project Manager will maintain a comprehensive plan, lead changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

• The Project Manager will supervise a team of Project Managers

Qualifications

Experience & Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the MedTech industry and project management and a proven track record of success

• Strong operations and supply chain experience.

• Strong leadership, communication, influencing and collaboration skills. Strong verbal and written communication skill with ability to confidently present complex information

• Ability to prioritize requests and propose effective cost/customer service alternatives when necessary.

• Ability to show judgment in developing new approaches and resolving issues

• Ability to show strategic thinking

• Strong project management skills

• Innovate and out of the box thinking with the ability to lead within a matrix organization

• Ability to continuously improve the organization

• Fluent in English

• Ability to travel up to 10% domestic and international

• Advanced level of skill with Office Tools: Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint

• Strong level of proficiency with core SC / Project Management

• Strong influencing skills with ability to see issues from multiple viewpoints and understand differing needs of stakeholders (e.g., businesses, SC LT, Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain); has "presence"

• Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to respond to changes in the external environment, while ensuring the organization is able to effectively and efficiently move through transitions
