This is a fulfilling position where you can make an impact on the patient and contribute to the mission of the organization.

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver the optimal customer experience and meet or exceed patient expectations and needs for on-time delivery.
• Scheduling and follow-up tasks as needed.
• Timely entry of forms.
• Respond to emails.
• Set up calendar events.
• Interact with the healthcare staff.
• Answer phone calls from patients.
• Greet visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
• Consistently create and contribute to an exceptional patient experience.
• Other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting.
• Empathy and compassion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Comfortable in a healthcare setting with patient interaction.
