Kemin Industries Indirect Procurement Supervisor in Zhuhai, China
Overview
The role will be mainly responsible for the procurement of indirect materials & services and the process optimization, including but not limited to user request management, supplier development & performance management, RFQ & Bidding management, Contract signing &execution management, supplier reconciliation & payment application, and indirect procurement process optimization, etc. Support global procurement in sourcing indirect materials or equipment from China.
Responsibilities
1) User Requirement Management: Collect and clarify the User Requirement Documents with requestors (and potential suppliers if necessary).
2) Supplier Development & Performance Management: Utilize and optimize existing supplier base, actively develop new sources, build up strategic partnership with suppliers to support company's business development. Lead supplier performance evaluation and driving for performance improvement.
3）RFQ & Bidding management: Conduct RFQ & bidding according to company processes and user requests, timely organize cost evaluation and summarize the results with procurement suggestions for management approval. Lead cost analysis and continuously driving for cost savings & avoidance.
4) Order/contract signing & execution management: Draft or prepare contract based upon templates, and to negotiate the Terms & Conditions. Leading contract review and signing-off, monitoring the contract execution, and ensure supplier deliverables according to the contract.
5） Supplier reconciliation & payment application: Regularly reconcile with suppliers based on orders or contracts and deliverables that confirmed by requestors, collect invoices and apply for payment in system.
6） Indirect procurement process optimization: Consistently optimize the indirect procurement process to improve the overall procurement efficiency.
7 ） Support global procurement in souring indirect materials or equipment from China.
Qualifications
+ + I ndirect material & service procurement management capabilities
Good at data analysis and problem-solving
Project management capability
Basic English reading 、 writing and communication capability
Good communication and teamwork capability .
More than 5yrs relevant experiences of indirect procurement.
