SHE Senior Specialist

Your key responsibilisities

• Implement the SHE management system including ISO14001, ISO45001, Safety Production Standardization Level II.

• Ensure all global requirements are well implemented on field level, under the support of SHE manager.

• Conduct risk assessment using the proper tools such as HAZOP, LEC, JSA, TBRA etc. and follow up the mitigation plan.

• Ensure all special works in GB30871-2022 are well under control and the corresponding work permits are compliant with government requirement.

• Support on all environmental programs/projects to ensure full compliance in plant, e.g. EIA, ERP, LDAR, soil and underground water inspection, hazardous waste treatment etc.

• Complete other tasks assigned from SHE manager.

You bring

• Education: Bachelor or above in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/ Environmental Engineering/ Safety Engineering.

• Working Experience: More than 5 years’ SHE experience, among which, at least 3 years’ experience in multi-national company of chemical industry in Zhangjiagang area.

• Technical & Professional Qualification: Certified safety engineer certificate in hazardous chemicals is a Must.

• English Skill: Read and write.

• Character: Outgoing, easygoing with good communication skills and team-work spirit.
