The Dow Chemical Company has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Workforce Administration (WFA) Representative, within Human Resources (HR). This role would be located within the APAC HR Solutions. The HR Solutions organization will be responsible for the design and delivery of innovative solutions to all employees and leaders. HR Solutions roles will contain deep subject-matter expertise in order to consult on programs, processes and people. Job Overview:

Sr. Workforce Administration (WFA) Representative is empowered to support and perform HR operations required enable HR business processes, and drive a best-in-class Employee and Candidate Experience. This role will also support Workforce Administration (WFA) event planning, implementation and delivery for APAC.

Accountabilities

  • Identify and deliver E2E solutions to HR, employees and people leaders in APAC region

  • Support employee lifecycle activities including pre-onboarding, onboarding, transfer, separation, etc.

  • Responsible for the data management through Enabling Technology (incl. Workday, ServiceNow, etc.)

  • Manage vendors with limited supervisory

  • Regional SME roles who is a go-to person for junior team members

  • Initiate Knowledge Base and Case Management content updates for Workforce Administration (WFA)

  • Additional Competencies:

  • Highly skilled in effectively interacting with and supporting all levels of employees

  • Able to operate effectively and proactively with an employee-experience and end-to-end mindset

  • Able to use appropriate judgment in escalation or when to involve other resources in decision making or processing

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of human resources or relevant experience

  • Highly skilled in effectively interacting with and supporting all levels of employees

  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (both written and spoken)

  • Critical problem solving skills

  • Demonstrated ability leveraging a variety of technology to support inquiry resolution (i.e., Case Management and Knowledge Base systems)

  • Experience in high volume operational environments is required.

  • Experience with Workday is an advantage.

  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.

  • Works collaboratively, is self-motivated and accountable.

  • Customer service mindset.
