Adecco is hiring immediately in Zebulon for Packaging Operator

Third shift -schedule is Sunday - Friday from 5:00AM- 3PM

PAY RATE - $18.00

Responsibilities for this position includes:

· Entry level position responsible for operating secondary packaging equipment in compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in a GMP environment, including:

· Manual loading of packaging materials onto the equipment for manual and automatic packaging equipment

· Manual cartoning and tamper evidence label application

· Manual hand packing into shipping boxes and hand palletizing

· Operation of automated packaging equipment

· Operation of hand scanners

· Cleaning of the equipment.

· Identify equipment issues, communicate and interact with senior operator and maintenance personnel when repair is necessary.

· Record data to support metrics around equipment downtime and production line output

· Perform day to day packaging line activities such as:

· Perform line clearance activities

· Inspection and re-processing of ejects

· Complete batch record documentation

· Assure that appropriate housekeeping of the packaging area is maintained.

· Recognize and report deviations or potential quality issues immediately to the packaging management team.

· Perform all job responsibilities in compliance with the client safety procedures and all applicable EHS regulations, standard operating procedures, and industry practices

· Maintain full compliance with all assigned learning plans

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
