Philips Contract Manager in Zaventem, Belgium
Contract Manager:
Manage a portfolio of assigned IGTD commercial contracts with direct customers within Western Europe markets.
Your role:
Manage the contract lifecycle of Philips IGT-D across Western Europe: maintaining, extending, closing-out, making sure they are delivered on time
Monitoring contract performance, tracking and communicating their status
Support actively the Sales teams with related customer-facing documents making sure that agreed prices are accordingly activated in our ERP system and contracts/orders further executed by our Order Management Team.
Work closely with the Local Market Teams, Perform & Project Team, and wider business to support and manage the contract set up
Drive communication and E2E contract renewal processes and continuous improvement actions.
Solve any contract-related problems that may arise with other parties and internally
Preparing training, SOP’s and contract management educational materials.
Support during audit preparation and CAPA resolution concerning findings for improvement in the contract lifecycle processes of IGT-D.
Investigating and addressing contract issues and resolving legal disputes in close collaboration with each local market Legal Counsel.
Maintenance of Pricing updates as per request in SAP.
You're the right fit if:
You have at least Bachelor’s degree.
3-5 years’ experience in contract management and/or customer relationship or sales support, legal background (advantage).
Ability to read and change contracts in German
Possesses superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines.
Able to work with tools e.g. SAP, CRM, sales force, conga, excel and word
Previous experience working with contract regulations and the related laws are strongly preferred
Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. contract renewal reporting and framework in place)
Customer satisfaction focus, excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills as well as high intercultural awareness and flexibility to work in fixed term contract. But possibilities for long term entitlement may appear basis budget and AOP.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is an office role.
