Job Title: General Laborer

Job Description

Candidates will be responsible for grinding paint off parts used in the oil industry. They will ensure the specifications are up to code by using dimensional tools. This role may involve moving pallets weighing upwards of 70lbs and is a repetitive job. The candidate will work independently for the majority of the time.

Responsibilities

• Grind paint off parts used in the oil industry

• Ensure specifications are up to code using dimensional tools

• Move pallets weighing upwards of 70lbs

• Perform repetitive tasks independently

Essential Skills

• Experience with power tools and hand tools

• Experience in construction, oil industry, or similar fields

• Ability to use a tape measure accurately

• Experience with forklifts, automotive repair, or auto body work

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working on a farm or working outside is a plus

• Open to learning and adaptable

• Reliable with consistent attendance

Work Environment

The work environment resembles a job shop, equipped with heaters for the winter. It can get warm during the summer. The shop has a low population of employees, and steel toe boots are required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Zanesville, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
