About the Role:

As a CBRE Facilities Sr. Coordinator, you will coordinate clients, vendors, and contractors to make sure complex work orders are complete.

This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage facilities services, ensure compliance, and conduct daily site inspections.

  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and supervise contractors.

  • Maintain the Facility Help Desk platform and track work orders.

  • Establish strong relationships with clients and manage business contacts at site.

  • Assist in continuous improvement activities and initiatives.

  • Coordinate with landlords and property managers to fulfill service charge obligations.

  • Support the site Manager in purchasing, budget management, and forecasts.

  • Manage service work order system and ensure prompt action.

  • Handle monthly invoice processing, purchase orders, and cost center coding.

  • Promote excellent Health and Safety on site and perform regular inspections.

  • Coordinate office moves, deliveries, collections, parking availability, and visitor bookings.

  • Manage access cards and badges; support Site Security Officer.

  • Perform Space Utilization Study and provide reception support.

  • Build positive working relationships and maintain professional rapport with Landlords.

  • Motivate and develop staff through effective training and appraisals.

  • Adhere to and promote the company's QHSE policy.

What You’ll Need:

  • Previous experience in a facilities management/supervisory role.

  • Strong understanding of client needs and excellent customer service skills.

  • Proficient in English and local language; good written and oral skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages and IT literate.

  • Experience working with third parties, contractors, customers, and clients.

  • Knowledge of financial terms and principles, commercial awareness, and health & safety legislation.

  • Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work autonomously.
