Job Description
The work of the Safety/QA/CPI Administrator & SOP Coordinator is responsible for: Document Control: Responsible for the day-to-day administrative tasks related to development, writing, and editing of material for Standard Operating Procedures, plans, policies, records, and documents. This position focuses on document control such as maintaining files and tracking all documentation in support of the Contract. Responsible for contacting company personnel at all organizational levels to meet deadlines, gather information, and prepares reports. Safety/QA/CPI: This position supports the Safety/QA/CPI team by assisting with quality assurance, safety, process improvements, monthly reporting, audits, DOT and random UA and BAT test sampling, and any other related tasks as needed. Handles clerical and administrative duties and serves as a point of contact for Worker’s Compensation claims. Administrative: The administrative duties include ordering supplies, issuing PPE, printing, and binding training materials, and ensuring training rooms are ready for training. Other duties include assisting with new employee computer-based training and duties relative to organization deliverables.
Qualifications
Pay Rate: DOE Education/Licenses/Certifications/Experience Requirements: * Must have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. * Must have at least two years’ experience in database management (Equivalent education may be substituted at the hiring managers discretion). * Must have extensive knowledge and experience with Adobe, MS Office Suite, and writing. * Must have a minimum of four years’ experience in writing and administrative taskings. * Must have experience editing technical documentation, reports, and procedures. * Must have experience in creating electronic signature blocks, sharing documentation, compiling multiple user edits, and compiling cohesive final documents. * Must obtain DOT Evidential Breath Test (EBT) and BAT certification within 6 months of hire. * Must obtain DOT UA Sample Collector certification within 6 months of hire. * Must obtain Environmental Certification (determined by the Safety/QA/CPI Manager) within 6 months of hire * Must be able to work as a member of a team. Job Skill Requirements: * Must be proficient with all Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat. * Must have the ability to work on multiple computer based systems and software. * Must have advanced administrative and research skills, exceptional attention to detail, organizational and time management skills. * Must have excellent communication & presentation skills. * Must have the ability to deliver timely solutions. * Must have the ability to develop strong relationships with different levels of staff and management across the organization. * Must have the ability to manage several priorities simultaneously. * Must be able to carry out duties autonomously with little direct supervision. * Must have a good command of the English language (oral & written). * Must be able to prioritize work and work as a team. * Must have impeccable attention to detail and accuracy. Physical Requirements: * Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and physical and periodic retests. * Work is mostly performed in an office setting. Occasionally work will be performed outdoors. * While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs, talk, hear and see. * Occasionally may be required to lift moderately heavy objects (up to 25 pounds) during the course of the workday. * Personal protective equipment is required when performing work in an outdoor environment, including safety glasses, safety footwear, and other protective equipment as required. * TRAX Test Services promotes a drug/ alcohol free work environment through the use of mandatory pre- employment drug testing and on-going random drug testing as per applicable State Laws. Additional Desirable Qualifications: * Experience with SharePoint or document sharing. * Experience in organizing and scheduling administrative tasks and assignments. * Experience with Worker’s Compensation and OSHA logs. Terms of Employment & Eligibility Requirements: * Must be a U.S. Citizen. * Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. * Must possess or be able to obtain a security clearance prior to employment and maintain security clearance for the duration of employment. * Must be a current TRAX employee or affiliate subcontractor for internal postings.
