Description
Robert Half Managment Resources is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with proficient knowledge of bankruptcy and reorganization for an interim project. This professional will play a vital role in our company's financial operations and strategic direction.
Responsibilities:
• Guide the financial strategy of the company, determining viable measures to increase revenue, minimize expenses while ensuring compliance with finance laws and regulations.
• Experience in dealing with bankruptcy and reorganization is a must. Should be able to devise reorganization strategies and lead the company through the process, if necessary.
• Establish and implement comprehensive financial and operational strategies that will positively influence the company's financial performance and enhance shareholder value.
• Develop a robust risk management framework to minimize the potential impact of financial risks on the company.
• Evaluate the company's financial performance and report to the Board of Directors on all strategic and tactical matters relating to budget management, cost-benefit analysis, and forecasting trends.
• Carrying out due diligence and financial assessments for any mergers and acquisitions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners like shareholders, banks, auditors, vendors, and business partners.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certification, including CFA/CPA, is preferred.
• Proven experience as a CFO, ideally in a company that faced bankruptcy or needed to restructure.
• Extensive knowledge of budgeting, risk management, and financial software applications.
• Familiarity with corporate governance, experience with legal matters related to bankruptcy, such as Chapter 11.
• Outstanding leadership and organizational skills, with a strategic mindset and ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
