Position Overview:

PlanITROI is seeking motivated General Warehouse Team Members to join our dynamic team in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning, decaling, and packing refurbished ITAD devices. We are committed to providing a safe and productive work environment where our associates can thrive. Your role is essential in ensuring our warehouse remains organized and meets operational standards.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lightly clean, apply decals, and pack refurbishedITAD devices according to company specifications and daily production targets.
• Perform routine inspections of devices to ensure they meet quality standards before packing.
• Carry out heavy cleaning duties within the warehouse, including sweeping, mopping, and removing debris.
• Conduct minor repairs on packaging materials and equipment as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
• Monitor and replenish inventory levels for packaging materials to ensure adequate supplies are available for daily operations.
• Organize and stock supply rooms to ensure all necessary materials are easily accessible and properly stored.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and cleanliness standards to maintain a safe working environment.
• Document daily production metrics and report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.

Requirements and Experience:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Ensure accuracy in cleaning, decaling, and packing devices, and maintain organized inventory levels.
• Ability to lift up to 7 lbs. consistently and up to 30 lbs. occasionally.
• Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• Basic computer skills are required for recording and reporting purposes.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks as required.
