Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Inventory Clerk in the manufacturing industry, based in Youngstown, Ohio. The role entails meticulous management of inventory data, quality control, and supervisory duties, and requires proficiency in various software and systems. This is a THIRD SHIFT position working 11:00 pm-7:30 am.

Responsibilities:

• Implement quality control processes to ensure the integrity of inventory

• Conduct regular inspections of materials and products

• Measure and record data pertinent to inventory management

• Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain accurate inventory records

• Supervise inventory processes and personnel to ensure efficiency

• Utilize ADP - Financial Services to track financial aspects of inventory

• Operate Cerner Technologies and Epic Software for data management

• Use ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions for inventory planning and control

• Handle inbound calls, providing information and resolving issues

• Conduct audits of inventory records and processes

• Prepare charts and graphs to represent inventory data

• Perform clerical duties as needed in the context of inventory management.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Cerner Technologies

• Experience with Epic Software is preferred

• Proficiency with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Knowledge of ERP Solutions

• Experience with About Time software is beneficial

• Ability to manage answering inbound calls

• Experience in auditing is preferred

• Ability to create and interpret charts and graphs

• Must be able to handle clerical duties efficiently

• Experience in manufacturing industry is preferred

• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Relevant certification or training in inventory management is a plus
