Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Event Planner/Coordinator Position type: Contract till the end of the year Location: Youngstown, OH - Hybrid As the Event Planner/Coordinator you will: We are seeking an organized Event Planner/Coordinator with a positive attitude to coordinate both social and business events. This role requires managing budgets, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring event success through meticulous planning and communication. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate logistics for various events from start to finish. * Negotiate vendor contracts and manage event budgets effectively. * Conduct research to innovate event solutions and offerings. * Maintain accurate event documentation and reports. * Operate office equipment and multimedia instruments as needed. * Support multilingual interfaces with participants. Critical Competencies: * Teamwork, accountability, and safety awareness. * Focus on quality, accuracy, and adaptability to change. * Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. * Superior verbal and written communication abilities. * Must have good English; proficiency in Portuguese and French is a significant advantage. Education and Experience: * High School diploma or equivalent required. * Preferred: Business school, associate degree, or equivalent. Additional Requirements: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). * Comfortable working in a Mill environment and willingness to assist as needed.
