A little about the position:
Job Summary
The Coordinator is responsible for all product that needs to be packaged, ensuring that the product is properly folded/packed in the proper box; inspected, labeled, scanned, and skidded in accordance with standard work. This position will be the department reference for input and information. The Coordinator needs to maintain consistent application of policies, procedures, and compliance with the department’s goals as this role is the first step into a leadership position . The Coordinator position will report to the Quality Manager and Production Supervisor.
Some of What You Will Do:
Ensures department carries out responsibilities in a safe, efficient manner
Meets required quality and production standards to meet or exceed 72-hour delivery of product to customers
Provides recommendations and feedback for improvement and functionality of the department
Coordinates by example and conforms to all set rules, policies, and procedures
Provides training, assistance, and guidance
Maintain clean and orderly work area following 5S protocols
Performs spot audits
Achieve objectives in relation to quality and quantity of product/services in the department
What You Bring to the Table:
Good math, reading, and computer skills
Safely lift and move up to 50 pounds
Ability to interpret and follow drawings, work orders, and build tags
Ability to maintain focus while working under time constraints
Ability to meet physical requirements
Good communication skills to effectively explain goals, standards, rules, safety, and quality objectives
Foster positive relationships and teamwork between employees, shifts, and departments
Act as a company representative to all employees in a professional manner, whether on or off company property.

Salary Range: H70 + $1.00 shift differential premium
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across US geographic markets. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
