Customer Service Representative
Location: Harrisburg, PA
Pay Rate: $18/hr
Shift: Monday - Friday, Day Shift (hours provided during onboarding)
Start: Immediate openings available

Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls regarding account inquiries and provide information to potential customers.
Process new applications and payments over the phone.
Update account information, perform account maintenance, and prepare daily reports.
Accurately explain account terms, conditions, and policies.
Document customer concerns and follow up via mail or email.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 1+ year of recent customer service experience (Call Center experience a plus; retail experience acceptable).
Technical: Proficient in data entry and computer systems.
Education: High School Diploma or GED (proof required).
Positive demeanor, strong attendance record, and reliable transportation.
Good tenure in previous roles (minimum 1+ year in a recent position).
Additional Requirements:
Must pass a drug test within 48 hours of receiving an offer.
Must clear a 7-year background check.
Work Environment:
Professional call center setting.
Business casual dress code (jeans OK; no leggings or sweatpants).
