We are currently seeking a Project Engineer to join our Wagman Construction, Inc team. Reporting to the Director of Project Management, the Project Engineer is responsible for supporting the successful execution of construction projects. This role involves a combination of field and office duties, including coordinating subcontractors, collaborating with project stakeholders, maintaining project documentation, and assisting with project scheduling and cost management. The Project Engineer supports the teams efforts to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, in compliance with safety and quality standards, and meeting or exceeding the client's expectations.This is a safety sensitive position requiring work on construction sites with various safety hazards inherent in construction.

Qualifications:Good communication, organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skillsAn understanding of construction processes and project management principles.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite preferredAbility to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work and meet deadlines in a team environment. Essential Functions:Project assessment and documentation including but not limited to maintaining and updating project documents, i.e. bid sets, requests for information RFIs, submittals, and change orders.Log, track, and distribute RFIs and submittals, ensuring conformity to contract documents and timely receipt.Assist in the preparation of change order proposals, verify quantities and specifications, ensuring all documentation accurately reflects revisions and updated project details.Assist in the coordination, maintenance, and updates of project schedules, including preconstruction, preliminary construction, or master construction schedules.Coordinate material and equipment deliveries to align with the project schedule.Collaborate with project stakeholders i.e. clients, architects, engineers, trade partners, etc. Participate in project meetings and document and follow up on action items. repare and monitor work scope packages and schedules for subcontractors, ensuring alignment with the overall project timeline. Physical Requirements of the Essential Functions:Able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods up to 7 hours.Able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. occasionallyAble to occasionally bend, squat, kneel, and climb i.e., ladders throughout the workday.Must be able to perform simple grasping and fine manipulation tasks with both hands.Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions hot, cold, wet, etc..Ability to travel to project sites and work at heights above 6 feet as necessary.Must have acceptable corrected vision and hearing.Company Benefits:
