Job Title: Planning AssistantJob Description

This position will perform administrative tasks to support the Production Manager and Production Planner. Job Duties: - Generate travelers, work instructions, and other documents related to the product manufacturing process. - Review production documents for completion. - Maintain operation and material assignments in the ERP system. - Generate reports from ERP and other sources of data. - Support the manufacturing team in the execution of projects. - Responsible for document management, data entry, and other administrative tasks. Monday - Friday, flexible 1st shift with an unpaid lunch. Dress code: Casual (jeans okay, nice t-shirt okay, closed-toe shoes).

Hard Skills

  • Administrative experience within a manufacturing facility

  • ERP/SAP knowledge

  • Planning/procurement knowledge (a plus)

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in York, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

Manufacturing facility, will be in different areas of the facility to support the Production Manager and Production Planner.
