TEKsystems KB Customer Service Representative in York, Pennsylvania
Description:
The Customer Care Representatives help fuel the company's growth by providing a great customer experience. The team there is well known by their customers for the top-notch level of service provided.
These positions are for the Kitchen & Bath division.
Job Duties
Prioritize incoming workflow - 80-100 calls per day
Assist callers with the needs or questions they have about products
Transfer calls to appropriate personnel as needed
Uphold a professional phone manner at all times
Monday - Friday
8:15am - 5:30pm
Dress code: business casual
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Would like as many as possible of the following experience:
Customer service (not retail)
Office CS Experience or Call Center Experience
Data entry
SAP
