The Raymond Corporation IT Product Specialist - York, PA in York, Pennsylvania
We are searching for an IT Product Specialist to join our York, PA team who would be responsible for working in conjunction with business departments to improve efficiency through the utilization and optimization of our software portfolio. The Product Specialist will possess a deep understanding of their product’s features, benefits, and applications. Additionally, they must be an effective communicator who can shape product development/enhancements and address technical questions. The preferred office to commute to would be our York, PA Branch, if you are comfortable with that commute, that is a plus!
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Developing in-depth knowledge of company products to serve as the go-to expert for both business departments and IT teams.
· Have or attain competency in the following applications: Concur, Vsimple, SharePoint, ServiceMax, Salesforce, Irium, Viva Engage, Purview, MS-Teams, Jira
· Monitoring and reporting on product performance, usage, and customer feedback to guide continuous improvement.
· Identifying and analyzing market trends to recommend product enhancements or new product opportunities.
· Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers experiencing product issues.
· Managing cross-functional projects that involve the product, such as launches or updates, ensuring timely and successful execution.
· Building and maintaining relationships with key leaders and power users to foster a network of product advocates.
· Supporting internal marketing initiatives by providing product expertise and content for promotional materials.
· Occasional travel to other locations/offices.
· Travelling to other locations/offices for mergers and acquisitions for more extended periods to provide group training, possibly up to a couple of times per year.
· Researching issues and providing answers to training-related questions.
· Working with business departments to develop, write, and communicate new or updated processes and procedures.
· Be present on-site at the York PA office with a max of 2 days of remote work per week, as schedule allows.
· Additional duties as required or assigned.
Education and Experience:
· Industry experience: Familiarity with Material Handling Industry preferred
