BAE Systems GFM Planning Supervisor in York, Pennsylvania

As a GFM Planning Supervisor you will:

  • Lead a team of GFM Planners responsible for planning and coordinating GFM across multiple production lines and geographically disperse sites..

  • Through use of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems, develop reporting mechanisms for tracking shortages and supply / misalignments

  • While adopting the BAE Systems CMS One Team philosophy, you will interface with internal customers and collaborate cross functionally to drive problem resolution and process changes to improve material on time delivery to the floor.

  • Develop strategies and process improvements related to GFM Storage, Receipt, Lineside delivery and Reporting

  • Ensure team members meet deadlines for CDRL delivery and response to external customers

  • Support audits and external customers meetings and requests

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Knowledge of Government Property requirements and processes.

  • Ability to determine and generate required CDRL deliverables supporting the execution of the contract.

  • Strong leadership and management skills with an ability to resolve issues at lowest level.

  • Must be able to take initiative, manage, and balance multiple competing or complimentary requirements.

  • Ability to accept new challenges, take ownership, and make decisions.

  • Experience working in an Oracle ERP system.

  • Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point).

  • Ability to present information to audiences containing internal and external customers.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience.

  • National Property Management Association (NPMA) certification as a Certified Professional Property Administrator (CPPA) or Certified Professional Property Specialist (CPPS).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven ability to develop, lead and manage through KPIs.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $71600 - $121700

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
