Job Summary: The Bilingual Recruitment Coordinator will manage administrative tasks, coordinate interviews, and communicate with candidates in both Spanish and English. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings on various platforms and screening resumes.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates in both English and Spanish to provide updates and answer inquiries.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.
- Prepare and send offer letters and other recruitment-related documents.
- Assist in organizing and participating in job fairs and recruitment events.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS software.
- Willingness to submit to a criminal background check.
