NY Employer Employment Services Coordinator in yONKERS, New York
Position Overview:
The Employment Service Coordinator is responsible for identifying job opportunities in the community, that is, career level jobs, including civil service jobs, as well as Stepping Stone jobs. The coordinator is also responsible for conducting job readiness assessment, counseling, and training to youth in order to make them more employable. The employment service coordinator is responsible for monitoring and providing retention services to clients who have been placed in employment placements.
Position Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree and employment services experience with at risk youth. Must be proficient with a computer. Must have excellent written and verbal skills. Valid Driver's License required. Must be willing to travel and have access to a functioning vehicle for work purposes.
