POSITION SUMMARY

The role reports to Director of Marketing & Communication, and coordinate with the Food & Beverage department in increasing sales for Restaurants & Bar through building events, promotions and loyalty campaign.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience

• High school diploma above

• 2 years minimum experience on marketing in hotel, restaurants or food and beverage related industry preferred.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

• Conduct research of restaurant and competitor set to provide feedback to FB executives to shape the unique selling point and success of the restaurants and bars.

• Actively engage into media and influencers to increase exposure for the restaurants and bar.

• Support the FB executives in creating brand events that will strengthen restaurant & bar marketing positioning / reputations.

• Work closely with FB executives and Chefs to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

• Ensuring up-to-date Menu and Contents on respective channels.

• Explore loyalty partnerships with business partners to increase sales channels.

• Work with marketing team to create brand collaborations with Westin’s products.

• Ensure success for campaigns and promotions execution.

Monitor KPI's, report monthly at each restaurant, and prepare periodic reports summarizing monthly marketing activities.
