Nvidia Automation Software Engineer in Yokneam, Israel
NVIDIA is an industry leader with groundbreaking developments in High-Performance Computing & Networking, Artificial Intelligence and Visualization. We are now looking for an outstanding, creative & hardworking engineer to join our team! You will be part of the Post Silicon Software Tools & Automation team in NVIDIA Networking Business Unit. The team is responsible for the infrastructure, GUI tools, and all software-related applications of the high-speed communication products, and working with RND teams to ensure outstanding products and superb automated tools.
What you’ll be doing:
Develop software tools and infrastructure to control the hardware of NVIDIA products
Provide software solutions and guidelines for post-silicon engineers in multiple teams
Train users on software tools usage
Support requests from customers across various time zones
What we need to see:
B.Sc. in Computer or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in relevant field
Experience with Python programming
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and technical support skills
Experience with version control tools like GIT, as well as containerization technologies such as Docker
Experience with lab equipment automation
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Strong knowledge of hardware, particularly SerDes and Optics
Knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
