What you'll do:

As a Site Trainer you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of staff training and designated students training for the site(s) for which this position is responsible. In some instances, this position is required to provide training for multiple sites within a region.

To be considered, you should:

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • At least four years of related experience (preferably ROP experience) or Bachelor's degree.

  • Supervisory experience preferred if applicable.

  • Must be familiar with ROP procedures, policies, and program implementation.

  • Must hold instructor certification in the following areas: CPR/First Aid, Crisis Intervention Techniques, Suicide Prevention, Treatment Topics, Essential Subjects and JIREH certified (If required).

  • Working knowledge of the Positive Operation Culture program.

  • Possess a current State Driver's license and have an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years.

  • Be able to pass a criminal background clearance check, drug screen, physical and TB test.
