✨Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring a Cook at Sierra Sage Treatment Center in Yerington, Nevada✨

Sierra Sage Treatment Center offers residential treatment for young women in a safe, supportive, nurturing environment. Through accredited education, vocational training, and a normalized high school experience, our young women are given the skills they need to overcome the effects of abuse, neglect, trauma substance abuse, mental illness, and violence so they can make healthy choices for themselves and their futures.

Pay: Starting at 19.00 an hour.

What you will do: As a Cook, you will ensure that healthy and tasty food is prepared for the youth and staff on-site, help maintain the cleanliness and safety of the kitchen and dining area, and act as a team player among the kitchen staff.

To be considered you should: Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect Be at least 21 years of age Possess a high school diploma or equivalent Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.

Schedule: Varies 5:30 am to 2 pm or 12 pm to 8:30 pm
