Coordinate and manage sales activities of retail mobile phone store offering a variety of brands, products, parts, and accessories, as well as repair, support, services, and trades. Determine price schedules and discount rates. Confer with potential customers regarding mobile phone and related needs, and advise customers on types of items or services to purchase. Negotiate trade-ins. Determine if company can offer to repair customer's items and if so, negotiate pricing. Maintain customer database. Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service. Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts. Direct, coordinate, and review sales and service accounting and record-keeping, as well as receiving and shipping. Confer with executives regarding sales reports and projections, to determine profitability and create sales strategies to maximize profit. Analyze sales growth trends. Analyze target versus sales results in sales tracking reports. Coordinate and supervise contract/commission-based sales workers.
