The Foreman is a working foreman position who ensures goals are accomplished and deadlines are met while enforcing a strong focus on quality and safety standards. [Site Responsibilities]{rockwell="" nova="" light";="" font-weight:="" bold"=""}

[ ]{rockwell="" nova="" light""=""}[Manage the construction and completion of projects to company quality standards and within desired time frames by ensuring the crew understands and follows all the required construction methods and instructions given.]{rockwell="" nova="" light""=""}

[Coordinate daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary due to weather, supply, delivery, and personnel.]{rockwell="" nova="" light""=""}

[Maintain a safe work site by implementing safety requirements and good housekeeping regulations, enforcing safe work habits, observing WA Dept of Labor and Industries standards.]{rockwell="" nova="" light""=""}

[Conduct weekly tailgate safety meetings and enforce all safety policies and procedures.]{rockwell="" nova="" light""=""}

[Report all accidents and injuries to Project Manager immediately.]{rockwell="" nova="" light""=""}

[Supervise, train, and provide direction to the construction crew while holding them accountable for the responsibility of their positions.]{rockwell="" nova="" light""=""}

[Maintain compliance with all applicable building codes.]{rockwell="" nova="" light""=""}
