Core Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives to accelerate growth.

  • Conducting market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.).

  • Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics.

  • Implement Targeting & Segmentation project for Integra EMEA.

  • Implement SFDC as CRM system, not just approval platform.

  • Use SFDC analytics to drive insights.

  • Link SFDC to sales process/Challenger.

  • Drive Pricing strategy for EMEA.

  • Lead Margin improvement project.

  • Manage Distributor compliance and ensure all data is centralized for EMEA.

  • Responsibility includes Quotes & Tenders EMEA team.

  • Lead Project management office of any GTM changes across EMEA.

Note: up to 30% travel required across Europe.

Qualifications & Experience

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required for this position:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a proven track record of leading commercial transformation for EMEA business. An MBA is an advantage.

  • Up to 15 years’ experience in a previous P&L leadership role.

  • Team leadership experience with a focus on people development and driving a positive work culture. Strong ability to mentor.

  • Strong Multinational experience across multiple EMEA countries, ideally in MedTech or Pharma industries.

  • Excellent organisational skills with a strong ability to multi-task working on multiple deadlines and in a fast-paced multi-national environment.

  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Suite, particularly Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

  • Demonstrate strong business acumen and critical thinking skills working alongside Sales, Marketing and Finance.

  • The Senior Director for Commercial Excellence is a key member of the International EMEA team and is expected to role model Integra values and work in a professional manner at all times.
