SFS Group USA, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for an Engineering Intern to join the team for a Full Time Summer Internship which would run approximately from the middle of May 2025 through August 2025.
Objectives
Support key accounts with engineering design and calculations; collaborating with sales, supply chain management, manufacturing, and product management to achieve growth strategy.
Manage projects in product development and innovation to increase percentage of total sales in I/A/C products
Support supply chain department in new supplier approval and part quality.
Support manufacturing department to process new and existing parts.
Principal duties
Develop lab simulations to test products in real world conditions.
Present results in technical documents, reports, and presentations.
Provide support to the sales and marketing team by responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
Perform market research on new product applications and manufacturing equipment
Analyze competing product performance
Assist lead engineers in developing new product designs
Assist lead engineers in updating manufacturing drawings in 3D modeling software
Assist lead engineers in maintaining and updating technical documents
Accompany lead engineers on jobsites and product launch events
Interact with vendors from other countries to ensure quality product is supplied to SFS
Operate 3D printers to prototype new products and support existing products.
