We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity with our client in the financial services sector based in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania, for a Document Clerk. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the integrity of the digital file system by accurately processing and managing physical documents into the digital archive. Your meticulous attention to detail is critical in maintaining an organized digital system, thus aiding in their operational needs.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately converting paper documents and records into the digital document management system

• Safeguarding sensitive information by adhering to organizational, regulatory, and security standards

• Checking previously scanned files for completeness and accuracy, ensuring all required pages are included

• Addressing discrepancies in scanned documents and taking corrective measures

• Verifying the details of documents and ensuring their correct categorization for easy retrieval in the digital system

• Keeping precise records of scanned files and their locations within the system

• Handling documents with a high level of confidentiality

• Ensuring compliance with our company's policies for handling financial and sensitive information.

Requirements

• Proficient in Administrative Assistance

• Demonstrated experience in Data Entry

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word

• Experience in Organizing Files

• Skilled in Scanning

• Familiarity with Document Control

• Experience in Document Scanning

• Ability to perform Rescanning tasks
