Vail Resorts F&B POS Program Analyst in Wyoming

Job Summary:
The Mountain Food and Beverage (F&B) Organization is committed to enhancing the dining experience across 300+ outlets in Vail Resort’s North American portfolio, focusing on operational excellence and data-driven insights The F&B Program Analyst will support Operations by aligning with Strategic Initiatives - specifally managing the enterprise F&B POS system menu configuration and item set, assisting with broader F&B Training priorities, and supporting the F&B Department as a Central Support Team (CST) member. This role will also assist the Central F&B Strategy, facilitating data-driven initiatives, ensuring the seamless execution of enterprise programs, and providing direct support to in-resort Food and Beverage. Success in this role requires analytical expertise, project management experience, and the ability to provide direct operational support in regional and enterprise-level operations.

Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders (In-resort F&B Leaders, Mountain Applications/IT, POS Adanced User Operator Group, Hospitality, Revenue Audit etc) to align, develop and implement business requirements; participate in solution design, quality assurance, and execution
Document and communicate findings, maintaining a robust resource catalog and ensuring variations in data analysis and process are captured in real time
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (SOX/PCI)
Oversight and implementation of Enterprise POS Item creation, following Enterprise best practices
Oversight and implementation of Enterprise POS Screen management - following Enterprise best practices
Develop, implement and maintain an enterprise POS item and screen audit process
Serve as a point of contact for resort F&B leadership on program and technology rollouts
Represent regional interests at the enterprise level and ensure effective implementation of enterprise programs and tools
Support Enterprise F&B deliverables, tactics and direct field support as part of the larger F&B Central Support Team
Support the development and rollout of training programs for F&B teams across resorts as part of the larger Central Support Team Operations and Support Team
Job Requirements:
3+ years of experience supporting enterprise programs, with a focus on data analysis, reporting, and user management.
Experience with POS Systems such as InfoGenesis(preferred), Aloha, Toast, Clover or similar platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet and SharePoint
Strong project management skills, with experience in change management and communications development
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and communicate effectively with varying levels of leadership
Experience in program governance and the development of tools to ensure enterprise-wide program success
Some travel expected – Sourcing direct feedback with in-resort users, conducting audits spot checks and trainings
Preferred Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Technology, Hospitality Science or related field
Demonstrated ability to develop technical documentation and corporate memo writing experience
The expected Total Compensation for this role is $67,000 - $74,000. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
