Description
This role sits within our Talent Acquisition (TA) Team and is responsible for developing and executing Talent processes, metrics, and insights for the organization. You’ll work side-by-side with Talent Leadership (TA + Organization Effectiveness & Development), HR partners & business leaders to understand and validate talent demands while building operational excellence to deliver on talent needs across the company. The position will play a key role in optimizing the reporting landscape and have the opportunity to help advance our Talent analytics strategy. Incumbent must have a user-centric mindset, be creative, innovative, and most importantly – collaborative.
Analyze, interpret data, and make recommendations to support our talent management processes (such as performance, internal movement, external hiring, talent reviews, turnover, and headcount/labor costs analysis).
Partner with HRIS to design, develop, and maintain Workday dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights into HR metrics, such as turnover rates, recruiting metrics, and more.
Customize and automate reports to meet the needs of different stakeholders, including HR leadership, department managers, and executive teams.
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of HR data, and regularly audit data for quality control.
Provide training, support and coaching to stakeholders on using and interpreting Workday reports, dashboards and other data sources to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvements.
Continuously improve reporting processes and data visualization techniques to enhance user experience and data comprehension, identify opportunities to optimize and streamline reporting processes and tools.
Support and facilitate process improvement activities with the Talent Management team.
Stay abreast and apply external best practice concepts of data analytics, predictive analytics, and trend analysis to inform current and future work.
Be a champion for a digital mindset (e.g., values, principles, and practices) across Human Resources to utilize analytics that enable the workforce and create value for the business.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or higher required from an accredited University
3-5 years of process experience with 2 years in a data-centric role
Experience using Technologies such as Workday, Alteryx, and Power BI strongly preferred
Prior experience supporting Human Capital data management strongly preferred
Excellent planning, organization, problem solving, and project management skills
Ability to translate data into insights and create actions/recommendations
Highly skilled in effectively working with stakeholders at all levels of the company
Strong analytical experience and skills

The pay range for Minnesota is $68,000 to $84,000 per year. Individual salaries are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.
To qualify for this position, former employees must be eligible for rehire, and current employees must be in good standing.
