This position reports to the Hispanic Center of Western Michigan Board of Trustees.
SUMMARY:
The Hispanic Center of Western Michigan (HCWM) seeks a visionary leader who will honor the collective wisdom of our community and staff while advancing our mission. The President will have overall strategic and operational responsibility for the Center's programs, expansion, financial sustainability, operations, and mission execution. This role involves critical collaboration with HCWM staff, stakeholders, and the Board of Trustees in strategic decision-making and operations to enhance quality programming and build capacity. This is a tremendous opportunity for a thought leader to maximize and strengthen the internal capacity of a well-respected, high-impact organization.
