大型设备组装专家(经理级)
主要职责:
负责确保大型设备(尤其是商用空调产品)的高质量组装和生产流程及生产工艺的优化。
确保所有大型设备的生产组装工作符合公司和行业标准。
设定大型设备生产的标准作业及设计工装夹具,编制调试和验收操作规程。
识别和解决组装过程中出现的问题。
进行大型生产设备的测试和调试,确保其正常运行。
与团队成员和其他部门进行有效沟通,确保项目顺利进行。
职位要求:
至少5年大型设备生产组装的工作经验,尤其是空调系统。
第一学历本科或以上,工程类专业优先。
具备HVAC(暖通空调)工程背景。
熟悉空调系统中各种流程,比如铜管焊接等。
具备良好的合作能力和沟通能力,能够与团队成员和其他部门有效协作。
具备解决问题的能力,能够在压力下工作。
能够用英语进行基本的沟通和交流。
Job Title: Large Frame Assembly Specialist (Manager Level)
Main Responsibilities:
Ensure high-quality assembly and production processes for large frame assembly, especially commercial air conditioning products, and optimize production techniques.
Ensure all large frame assembly work complies with company and industry standards.
Set standard operating procedures for large equipment production, design tooling fixtures, and acceptance operation procedures.
Identify and resolve issues during the assembly process.
Test and optimize large production equipment to ensure proper operation.
Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth project launch or production.
Job Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in the assembly of large frame equipment, especially air conditioning systems.
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in engineering.
Background in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) engineering.
Familiarity with various processes in air conditioning systems, such as copper pipe welding.
Good teamwork and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
Problem-solving skills, able to work under pressure.
