General Summary:
Job Target:
1.Ensure equipment in good working condition, control machine unscheduled downtime under target.
2.Control the consumption of machine spare parts, actively develop or participate in cost reduction project.
3.Cooperate with production team to ensure product quality and production output meet requirements.
Scope & Responsibilities:
Daily machine spot inspection and troubleshooting, ensure machine in good working condition. 2.Implement periodical machine PM as per schedule and internal calibration of measuring equipment.
Ensure all the records completed and correct which is related equipment maintenance including machine downtime etc.
New incoming equipment installation and debug.
Responsible for spare parts replacement and repair, control machine spare parts consumption.
Participate in equipment optimization and cost down projects.
Effectively execute the duty of environmental protection and safety in production.
Following responsibilities apply to technician leaders:
Responsible for the management of discipline and work attendance of shift technicians, business coordination between production and engineering department
Daily maintenance shift report.
Motivate the enthusiasm, initiative and team-work spirit of technician team
Qualifications:
Familiar with pneumatic components and loop control, can understand mechanical parts drawing or electrical schematic diagram. Have certain demand in English reading and writing, as well as computer operating.
More than 2 years working experience in equipment maintenance
Graduate from Polytechnic School or High School( or above) in mechanical or electrical engineering.
Good teamwork spirit.
