Job Purpose:

Provides timely and accurate financial record keeping and reporting as directed by management. Develop and analyze financial data to appraise business results of profitability, operational excellence and other criterial that directly reflect the performance of R&D engineering organization.'

Job Duties:

Possible areas of responsibility are including:

1 Providing accurate, consistent and timely analysis and reporting. Submitting monthly financial monthly results, quarterly rolling business management, and annual business plan. Drive budget and forecast accuracy.

2 Conduct business review meeting for budget and actuals results, presenting and explaining results to management.

3 Creating and utilizing automated tools for the updating, analyzing and reporting of consolidated financial results.

4 Estimating various forecast and budget scenarios as needed based on changing business conditions, Processes large quantities of detailed information with high levels of accuracy.

5Make recommendations to management team regarding cost reduction or OPACC improvement opportunities.

6Identify and implement improvement process to enhance efficiency.

7 Other tasks assigned.

Job Requirement

1Bachelor or above degree

2Over 5 years Accounting working experience is required, comprehensive knowledge of the organization’s accounting processes & systems and frequently interacts and works outside is required

3CMA/CPA Equivalent is best

4Good command of English and communication and cross-cultural management skills
