Strictly abide by various workshop rules and regulations

  1. 严格按照计划实施生产，保质保量完成工作任务

Implement production in strict accordance with the plan, and complete work tasks with good quality and quantity.

  1. 正确识别产品类型，并独立完成产品切换

Correctly identify product types and complete product changing independently.

  1. 严格按照工艺要求完成岗位生产，确保操作与工艺要求一致性

Complete production in strict accordance with SWES to ensure consistency between operations and SWES.

  1. 严格执行质量控制措施，如首件测量，过程自检等，并能单独完成尺寸核验及加工数据调整

Strictly implement quality control measures, such as first piece measurement, process self-inspection, etc., and be able to independently complete dimensional verification and processing data adjustment.

  1. 按照要求完成责任区域5S和TPM（全面生产力维护）工作

Complete 5S and TPM (Total Productivity Maintenance) work in ​​​​responsibility as required.

  1. 严格执行刀具管理，并按要求领用和更换刀具

Strictly implement tool management and receive and replace tools as required.

  1. 持续优化，努力提高效率，关注成本节约

Continuously optimize, strive to improve efficiency, and focus on cost savings.

  1. 积极配合相关人员分析发生问题的根本原因并按要求执行改进措施，避免类似问题再次发生

Actively cooperate with relevant person to analyze the root causes of problems and implement improvement measures as required to avoid similar problems from happening again.

  1. 当因原材料、设备及质量等原因导致生产中断时应及时报告生产主管或班组长，以便尽快恢复生产或接受其他生产任务

When production is interrupted due to materials, equipment, quality, etc., the production supervisor or team leader should be reported in time so that production can be resumed as soon as possible, or other production tasks can be accepted.

  1. 在职有能力培训机加工岗位新员工，帮助他们获得机加工岗位的工作资格认定

Be able to train new employees in machining positions on the job and help them obtain job qualifications for machining positions.

  1. 严格执行公司的其他各项规章制度, 及时完成主管或班长安排的其他工作

Strictly implement other rules and regulations of the company and complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor or team leader in time.
