1.负责NXT1,2,3代设备线体产品的转换及新品导入时的调试工作; 2.NXT程序制作及优化;3.负责生产线体的不良控制与一般品质不良分析改善及相关问题点的分析,提升制程直通率; 4.负责线体产能及稼动率提升、流失产能的对策改善; 5.负责生产线的抛料跟进,调试及物料损耗对策分析;并改善! 6.配合上级人员做好新设备的安装、调试和设备水平调试及其线体改造; 7.设备的周/月/季度/年度的保养维护及其机器CPK效验; 8.负责对设备操作人员定期培训。9.根据产品和客户需求优化炉温,炉温板制作。 10.根据TOP前三工艺不良优化钢网和设备参数,对操作员作业手法进行防呆,避免误操作。
