Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily management of 3PL, including safety, cost, response, etc., and able to lead 3PL team to achieve the department's target.

• Responsible for the daily management of the automated warehouse, including ground cleaning, container inspection, and goods shipping, able to ship in a timely according to customer needs, and keep good communication with production and quality.

• Partners with business leaders to identify and communicates appropriate performance metrics/change requirement to internal and external customers.

• Optimizes the capacity for transportation and warehousing at the lowest cost while fulfilling business objectives.

• Ensure excellence Safety/Quality/5S to deliver high quality performance and avoid miss operation/incidents/damages.

Education & Experience

• University graduationor above, major in logistics management,Supply Chain management,Logistics, Transportation, or related field is preferred.

• 35 + years, logistics operation/warehouse managementworking experience.

• 3 + yearssupervisorexperience

• Manufacturingworking experienceis MUST.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge on warehouse and shopfloor people management

• Able to work independently.

• Fluent English in oral and written.

• Good communication skill

• Excel, Word, Power Point

Desired Skills

• Problem solving skill.

• Good safety awareness of shopfloor/safety/5S management

Role Purpose

• Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent experience
