Boehringer Ingelheim Internship in Legal Data Protection and Contracting Team in Wrocław, Poland
The position
Within Boehringer Ingelheim you will get an overview of the GBS Data Protection & Contracting Team which is part of the Legal & Compliance Department. You should be qualified to independently contribute to the daily run-mode activities as further specified in this plan.
You will be able to support our Data Protection & Contracting Team in daily tasks, learn how to use different tools and systems and process various administrative tasks.
The start date of our 6 months long paid internship program as well as the working hours can be flexibly adjusted to your availability. We are working in a hybrid work model at our office in Wrocław.
Tasks and responsibilities
Review and negotiating the Non Disclosure Agreements
Analysis, review, negotiating and administrative support related to agreements from the data protection area
Conducting reviews and supporting stakeholders in the registration of processing activities procedure
General administration of the documents
About our future intern
You should speak English fluently (min. B2) and have the willingness to learn on the job.
Additionally, we are looking for:
Students or graduates interested in the field of Compliance/Law
Proactivity with time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills with high level of reliability and confidentiality
Distinct empathy, team spirit and service-oriented mindset
Existing experience in a professional business environment, e.g., previous internships or relevant student work is a plus
Knowledge of MS Office
German-speakers are welcome!
