Boehringer Ingelheim Internship in Legal Data Protection and Contracting Team in Wrocław, Poland

The position

Within Boehringer Ingelheim you will get an overview of the GBS Data Protection & Contracting Team which is part of the Legal & Compliance Department. You should be qualified to independently contribute to the daily run-mode activities as further specified in this plan.

You will be able to support our Data Protection & Contracting Team in daily tasks, learn how to use different tools and systems and process various administrative tasks.

The start date of our 6 months long paid internship program as well as the working hours can be flexibly adjusted to your availability. We are working in a hybrid work model at our office in Wrocław.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Review and negotiating the Non Disclosure Agreements

  • Analysis, review, negotiating and administrative support related to agreements from the data protection area

  • Conducting reviews and supporting stakeholders in the registration of processing activities procedure

  • General administration of the documents

About our future intern

You should speak English fluently (min. B2) and have the willingness to learn on the job.

Additionally, we are looking for:

  • Students or graduates interested in the field of Compliance/Law

  • Proactivity with time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills with high level of reliability and confidentiality

  • Distinct empathy, team spirit and service-oriented mindset

  • Existing experience in a professional business environment, e.g., previous internships or relevant student work is a plus

  • Knowledge of MS Office

  • German-speakers are welcome!
