Google Customer Solutions Engineer, gTech Ads in Wrocław, Poland

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 3 years of experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).

  • 3 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).

  • Experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience working with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).

  • Experience with big data platforms and large volume data analytics.

  • Experience in the online advertising industry.

The Customer Solutions Engineering team is responsible for developing innovative solutions to the business problems faced by the world’s largest advertisers. We work as a critical technical partner for our Sales teams where coding abilities, communication skills, desire to solve complex problems, passion for scale and big data, and business acumen will all be leveraged to develop answers to questions.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and prioritizing projects. You will oversee the unique business issues faced by our advertisers. You will work across the entire organization and leverage wide-ranging experience and skill-set to find the best solution for the problems.

  • Work with Sales to identify business opportunities leveraging both performance, display, video and shopping solutions supported by the team.

  • Collect requirements, provide guidance and best practices to apply ad products and technologies to achieve advertisers, partners business goals.

  • Design and implement complex, cross-product customized solutions with the client.

  • Be responsible for implementations and escalations handled by other Google teams for named accounts.

  • Manage technical relationships within a client portfolio.
