Your Role

We are looking for a Software Engineer (m/f/d) to join our agile and international team. In this role, you will be developing our core platform which supports Air and Sea Forwarding all over the world. You will be joining a global team of engineers and analysts and build products to provide innovative solutions to delight your stakeholders. We want you to help take us to the next level!

Your Responsibilities

• Be part of the full software development cycle and design, implement and deliver the application in collaboration with stakeholders, and users.

• Writing clean code.

• Quality assurance, for example with automated testing and code reviews.

• Ensuring the quality and long-term maintainability of the software developed.

• Ensuring that the software is up to date with the latest technologies.

• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes and tools.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent)

• Several years of hands-on experience in Java stack and Frontend Technologies such as Angular.

• Experience with testing frameworks like JUnit, Jest, Serenity BDD.

• Relational and NoSQL databases.

• Experience with build and automation tools like OpenShift, Docker, Gradle, Jenkins, Git.

• Agile mindset, confidence in self-organisation and communication (and willingness to do pair / mob programming).

• Foster a culture of feedback, have the courage to fail and a strong will to evolve personally as well as a team in a dynamic environment.

• Fluent written and spoken English.
