The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a RTR Senior Analyst - Finance & Tax, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Preparing reconciliations of tax-related accounts

• Preparing accounting entries and performing period-end activities

• Supporting local finance and tax teams, as well as other consultants/auditors

• Initiating and developing process improvements and automation projects

• Processing and monitoring payment requests

• Engaging in obtaining and developing tax and accounting knowledge

  Your Skills and Expertise

  To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements :

• University degree in finance or a related field

• 3+ years of work experience in finance

• Advanced proficiency in English

• Practical knowledge of MS Excel and SAP
